The welcome was a sweet one. But on entering the room we were too unhappy. But the staff, specially the manager was very humble and helpful. He make sure that you got the room better then the last one. The overall hotel staff was very courteous. The buffet was scrumptious with a wide variety and good taste. The room had no view but the view from the restaurant and pool was amazingly beautiful.

Wonderful Experience with some good fine dining. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Hotel staff is very kind. Good food with some exceptional food variety. And the view is best. I would love to visit again!!

Upon check-in, we had many issues in the hotel with cleanliness and hygiene. The manager and staff are polite and they have compensated by moving us to another room. |Room 2/5|Service 2/5|Cleanliness and hygiene 1/5|food 3/5|I would not stay back but do appreciate staff efforts

Rivendell Hotel is good but the location may be discouraging to the enthusiastic tourist. Food is great, waiters and staff are exceptionally warm and helpful. The stairs at the entrance may be supplemented with a small elevator because the slope is simply too high for aged tourists or those with locomotor difficulties. Do visit the terrace for a wow-derful look.

Just loved getting here as it really made us appreciate the secluded location once we arrived and were warmly welcomed. The views are stunning and the accommodation was comfortable. Staff were friendly & so helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

Very nice and quiet environment. Especially the front office staff is very friendly, they always provide their service with a smile on their face. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The foods are also very delicious. Hope to go again.
